RUBY TUESDAY AND IT'S BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS.

It's beginning to look at lot like Christmas - Johnny Mathis.

Good afternoon from a very warm city of Adelaide where Christmas is certainly making presence felt wherever I go.  The shops are busy, they are decorated with tinsel and bells and their is the constantly played Christmas music.  There are Christmas trees in shops and offices and of course they are Christmas trees in my home.    My younger daughter has been heard to say "My Mum doesn't have a Christmas Tree - she has a whole forest" and she is right I have them in all shapes and sizes - in gold, silver, with candles and little wooden trees.

This is my pink abstract tree which I really like.

Below are photographs of my Christmas Santa family and friends and my advent calendar and advent tree.,

I am sure that the Grinch has been visiting me and hiding things - envelopes, the star for the top of the tree and now some lovely angel hair tinsel - but the Grinch will not steal Christmas from me.   Christmas is alive and living in my heart and my home.

Below is my big tree in my family room.

This is a daytime photograph but there are 400 lights on the tree and it looks lovely when all lit up.

I had a wonderful lunch time visit to Hahndorf on Sunday and found that Santa was alive and living in the Hills too and in particular at a Scottish shop and I took this photograph for my Scottish friend Moyra - my sweet Flower of Scotland.

My heart always turns to those who are grieving or suffering illness at this special time of the year - it makes things very difficult for everyone and the memories stay each year.   Be kind and think of others and share the joy and sparkle you feel.

Take some time apart to celebrate all the good things in your life - to offer thanks in gratitude for everything that life means to you.

Thank you for visiting the Musings of My Heart - a tinsel filled heart today and I wish you love and laughter.

Love and hugs,
