WE ARE ALL JUST WALKING EACH OTHER HOME.

Good afternoon and welcome to Sunday afternoon in Adelaide where it is quiet, cool and peaceful.  The whole weekend has been peaceful - of course there have been the usual weekend noises of lawn mowing, dogs barking and children playing - but they have been part of the peace and normality of daily suburban life.

I contributed to the noise of lawn mowers yesterday when my lawns were trimmed and now look very neat and tidy - thank you to a very dear friend for putting energy and effort in on my behalf.

Life is a series of thousands of tiny miracles and this weekend I have noticed many of them.    The joy of the full autumn flush of roses in my front garden, a beautiful ladybug on a leaf, beautiful music and many other beautiful things around me.

I have not been unaware of the pain around me too - a sweet and dear Facebook friend died in her sleep on Friday morning and I shall miss her positive and caring input to my days

Fly free Kimberlie and rest easy you will be missed.

Several others have opened their hearts and thoughts to me this weekend and I hope that I have been able to say the words they needed to hear and bring some measure of calm and tranquility to their hurting hearts.

I have shared excitement and happy times too - new of a new car for a friend and a much enjoyed Baseball game for two very special people.

Politics is settling down in my State and life goes on but I would ask you and encourage you to look for the tiny miracles around you - they will brighten your day, ease your heart and bring you joy and comfort.

My weekend has been a time of rest - working on getting these knees back into working order and I have watched some television and done lots of reading, some cooking and laundry - just the ordinary every day things that we so often take for granted.

I have shared the joy of an early spring day for friends and a walk on the beach much enjoyed by them and the dog, heard the news of renovations for  a much loved cottage by the sea and the fact that spring bulbs are peeking through.    The excitement and pleasure of dining out and sporting victories for some.

Life can indeed be full of big and important things and they can be very difficult to handle and understand but be present to each moment and find joy in the little things.

To those of you who are unwell and struggling to cope with health issues - my love and care goes out to you and I hope that better days are on your horizon.

Just had a phone call from my daughter from Sydney airport - excited about the Baseball and heading home with a head full of happy times.

Take care of yourselves and thank you for visiting the Musings of my Heart.

Love and hugs

TAKE TIME

Welcome to Sunday morning in my little corner of the world where the sun is shining and birds are singing and my heart is peaceful.

I had dinner with friends "The Golden Girls" who understand and accept that sometimes I can't see out a long evening and drive me home when my energy sags and I need to sleep.   Thanks girls - dinner was great.

The day is moving on nicely and time for me to go to the Post Office to mail my weekly mail - which you know I enjoy very much, and while out I shall get some lunch and then sit in the sun and read a while.

Wherever you are in this beautiful world please take the time to enjoy the journey and be present to each moment.  You are making memories which will serve you well.

If it is Sunday for you - take a leisurely stroll through the day - walk in a garden, at the beach or just curl up with a book by a cozy fire ~ or if Saturday evening holds family times and celebrations for you - cherish the time, enjoy the people you celebrate with and enjoy the journey.

I had just had a lovely chat on the telephone with my elder daughter who is enjoying her Sunday at home with a good book by the fire.

Life is sweet and beautiful and despite all the ugly things it is still a beautiful world - enjoy your journey through it and stop to smell the flowers, hold a small child's hand, walk by the river, by the ocean and breathe the air of life.

Today is INTERNATIONAL LIGHTHOUSE DAY and I share with you a picture of Cape Willoughby Lighthouse on Kangaroo Island, South Australia.

and another Lighthouse at Cape Byron - most easterly point of Australia.

Enjoy your Sunday - and remember to let your little light shine.

Thank you for visiting the Musings of my heart as I dance through life with the daffodils and a joyful, thankful heart.

Love and hugs,
Linda

MUSING ON A SUNDAY EVENING

Welcome to Sunday evening in my little corner of the world - and the days just seem to be going by in a whirl ~ seems an eternity since I posted a blog message and I don't seem to have achieved much either.

I have had a very social few days - lunch out on Friday and then a movie on Saturday and dinner out and a big nap this afternoon - I am still in the running for the gold medal for napping.

I woke this morning to find this beautiful daffodil in full bloom and dancing on the breeze - truly beautiful and a certain herald of spring and if you look very closely you will see petals from the almond tree in the tub - along with the fairy and cherub keeping watch over the bulbs.

Spring stirs my soul - I find joy in the waking up of the world and the new life and blossoms - autumn is still my favourite time of year "Season of mist and mellow fruitfulness" John Keats ~ and I love the mellow days of sunshine and cool evenings.   I am very aware of the changing of the seasons and I think that it is because I am thankful to still be here to see each one.

This is a clip for the movie we saw on Saturday - very Australian and very interesting.

An interesting film which covers parts of the Vietnam War, politics and events that happened in Australia.   There were funny parts, sad parts and as usual I came analysing exactly what some parts had meant.

and this is the hotel where we had dinner

The Largs Pier Hotel

It was lovely to be out and about and to enjoy the company of friends, but I got tired and came home early.

This is the joy that is mine days in the sun, people who love me, laughter and kindness in my life, those who share their time and their story with me and allow me to be part of the making of memories.

I took some time out today to write some letters on paper - good old fashioned "snail mail" and generally that isn't a term that could be used with mail from Australia to USA, but recently it took 115 days for two cards to arrive from East Coast USA - now THAT IS A LONG TIME.  Both the sender and I were delighted that they turned up at all - I have no idea where they have been but suspect that they could have traveled by sea mail and not air mail - slow boat to Australia.

I have friends on holiday this coming week and I am hoping for nice weather, good company and good food and that they will be able to make wonderful memories with family and friends.   I hope the fishing is good Raymond.

I have lots I want to do this week and will make a list and then enjoy crossing them off as they are achieved - I am heading in to clean the bathroom - so if I don't appear for a while someone best come and look for me - a job I never relish - but my new steam mop should make that a much easier job (I hope).

This says it all - and I should have a much better attitude to doing those sort of things, because I have lots of time to do them ~ but I am a dreamer, a writer and I get side tracked easily. hehehehe

Thank you for visiting the musings of this thankful heart on my Sunday evening - or whenever it is for you.

I hope the sun shines for you and you are able to find a quiet spot to unwind, relax, read, or take a nap during your Sunday.   Enjoy making wonderful memories each day and remember to be a little kinder because everyone you meet is carrying some sort of burden and you may be the only contact they have with people that day.   Let the sunshine of your smile warm some one's heart.

Make that phone call, send that text,  send that photograph that you have been promising to send - pick some flowers, send some flowers - bake a cake or cookies for someone - just be loving, caring and kind.

Love and hugs,
Linda

MAGICAL MONDAY

Good evening and I am late with this post and I have no reason to be late apart from the fact that I have been doing other things.   My day in this city started early  and dawn brought another grey start to our day, but by late morning Mother Nature had drawn the grey curtain aside and was shining rather well.  We did have a few showers during the afternoon, but generally it was warm and pleasant.

My trip to the Post Office was futile as nothing there, and it took a while too with all the roadworks going on around us - and I encountered a nasty traffic accident at the corner - so that slowed things down even further.

Visitors and phone calls have been a big part of my day but then so too has laughter and music and lovely poetry shared with love.  How special is the technology we use  which allows us to send words and pictures around the world almost instantly and to be able to call someone up on their computer and talk face to face just blows my mind.  To be able to share things and show things a world away is amazing and very special.  I believe in magic - maybe that's why I find it.

I find magic in the Mail Service too - although at times it doesn't work fast enough for my liking - I find magic in that I can put things in an envelope and seal them and send them on their way and generally they arrive safely and someone on the other side of the world can open and enjoy them.

I find magic in music and the lovely lyrics, I find magic in being able to laugh with someone at myself and to enjoy shared laughter.  I find magic in poetry ~ some written long ago and some "hot off the press" and some written from a loving and caring heart and which carries deep and sincere meaning.

I find magic in the sunrise, the sunset and the waxing and waning of the moon..  I find magic in dark brown and damp earth that will nurture my bulbs and bring them to fruition.   I find magic in glitter and spangles and sparkles ~ they brighten my day .   I find magic in the laughter of children, the good companionship of coffee with a friend, a good book to read in bed. I find magic in a surprise parcel or letter waiting for me at the Post Office.

Generally I can find magic all around me because I believe it is there.   I hope that in your world there is magic and that you are able to believe and find it.,

Wishing you a Monday filled with magic, green traffic lights, coffee your didn't have to make yourself, a surprise phone call or a letter, and good news you have been waiting for.

Thank you for visiting the Musings of My Heart - a heart today filled with the magic of so much of life and also gratitude for life itself.

Love and hugs,
Linda.

BORROWED TIME

Today has been sunny and cool in my fair City  - a typical Adelaide autumn day and truly beautiful.  I have done much writing and lots of thinking.

I was out and about early this morning to have my Mammogram - I have always had this done regularly and made a promise to Vicki who recently lost her battle to Breast Cancer, that I would continue to have the examination, ask questions and seek opinions.   A wonderful legacy for her to leave if she can get a whole bunch of women to commit to this.

I have lost three Facebook friends in two weeks ~ Vicki and then Kristy who was too ill for transplant and Patrick who just couldn't overcome the complications from his heart transplant and this has only served to make me realize that we all live on borrowed time.   None of us are guaranteed tomorrow and that we do have a duty to live our lives to the full.

It is a duty and an honour to stand in the sun, to listen to the wind, to walk the shoreline, pick up shells and stones, to stomp through autumn leaves and indeed to stop and smell the roses.  To deliberately walk past the Bakery to smell the warm bread just coming out of the oven.   To visit a coffee shop and drink in the aroma of the coffee beans freshly ground.

To walk outside and smell freshly mowed grass and to smell rain on a warm earth ~ to observe the changing of the seasons where Spring is awaking and bringing joy to tender hearts. To dig in the earth and help to promote new life with new plants.   To experience the drawing in of the evening and the cool wind that blows around four in the afternoon.  To watch the phases of the moon and stand under a diamond studded sky.

To watch the planes take off and wonder where they are going and the purpose of their journey  ~ to write letters and to share love and laughter.   These are very special gifts and ones we all take so much for granted.

I am glad for the reminders that life is short and should be lived and I plan to honour Vicki, Kristy and Patrick and by remembering them as I get out and about and enjoy my living.   I will miss them all ~ I will miss what I became when I was interacting with them ~ I shall miss so much of their lives, but will go on living in possibility and hope.

I shall honour too the gift of life from my Donor whose name I have learned was "Owen" ~ I am blessed so very much to have received this gift.

I have had wonderful conversations recently over time and distance and also received beautiful mail and these are the things that make my life sweeter, my sky bluer and my sun shine a bit brighter.

I am thankful for small mercies, small miracles and for the privilege of living on borrowed time.

I am alive and well and living life to the full.

Love and hugs and thanks for visiting the Musings of My Heart  ~ a heart that has been totally overwhelmed in recent days by events, by life and  by love.   A heart that is truly thankful.

Linda.

WELCOME TO SUNDAY AFTER A VERY BUSY WEEK

Welcome to Sunday in my little corner of the world ~ where it is cool and quiet and just the remedy I need to cure my fatigue from a very busy week.    It fascinates me how some weeks there is nothing planned and then other weeks many events and appointments fall on the same days.

I have had some good days and one not so very good day at all.   Most of the days have been good and I can learn from the awful day and move forward.  Nothing drastic just absolute frustration at incompetence and right hand not knowing what left hand is doing.    All over and sorted now ~ so on to concentrate on the good days.

Thursday I was able to attend an evening meeting for Transplant Australia and to contribute to plans and schemes afoot ~ I loved it and was pleased to be able to drive myself and not be dependent ~ it was great.  Such high hopes for this group.

Friday was my River Boat trip and an early start was the order of the day and we set off during rain, which mostly cleared and left a sunny but cool days with cold wind.  Everyone in our group enjoyed themselves, there was much laughter, a lovely lunch and beautiful scenery ~ I am sure that everyone came home very tired indeed but contentedly so.

There are many more photographs but these should give you a good idea of the day we had ~ coffee at Hahndorf on the way home at The German Arms Hotel and it was lovely.

Yesterday we celebrated Naomi's birthday a few days early and that was delightful too but all this high days and meetings has left me a little tired and I am finding it hard to keep going today ~ in fact I have taken time out and watched a movie this afternoon.   I can't believe that I had missed this lovely romantic film "Sabrina" with Humphrey Bogart and William Holden and the very beautiful Audrey Hepburn ~ it arrived in the mail ~ a very lovely unexpected but much appreciated gift.  I really enjoyed the entire film - the score was great and I was a little sorry when the end came.

I have a few things to do yet but it will be an early night for me.   I can't begin to explain how very nice it is for me to be out at Meetings and day trips out and celebrations with family and friends.

I became aware of how much I have missed over the illness years and how very determined I am to try to fit as much as I can in to my days and to enjoy the life I am blessed with  ~ going to have to learn and understand the meaning of the words  "pacing myself" but I am willing to learn.

Thank you for visiting the Musings from My Heart - a contented but tired heart today.

Love and hugs,
Linda.

GOOD AFTERNOON ON THANKFUL THURSDAY

Welcome to Thursday afternoon in my little corner of the world where the day is hot and windy and the sky is clear blue and beautiful.

Today is Thankful Thursday  ~ what are you thankful for?   I have so much to be thankful for and today I share more news from my Love Your Liver Group - another member who has been struggling with life for months now, got the call and he is currently as I write in surgery receiving the gift of life.   My heart is filled with joy for him, his wife and family and yet there is a sadness there as I think of the Donor Family and their grief.  It is a very noble thing to do and this family whose loved on it having surgery will be eternally grateful.    Congratulations David on your new life and comfort and care to Jeanne who now steps into a different caring role ~ she will be wonderful and a great help to David.   David and Jeanne will be grateful to their Donor family, as it the whole of the group.

Some of my friends are unwell at the moment and that is taking it's toll of them.  Rest easy my dear ones and live well within the limits that sometimes life puts on us.    Take special care and I wish you a speedy return to full health.  Today I am a little less chipper than normal and I know that is because I haven't been drinking enough water ~ steps are in hand to remedy that and there is a new day tomorrow totally untouched and I shall look forward to it.

This is the second last week of summer and I am finding that summer has been relatively mild although the hot weather can often continue into March.   My youngest was born on March 28th. and that was a hot day.

A group of eight friends have plans to take a cruise on the River Murray on March 24th. on a Paddle Steamer ~ we have lunch on board and I am really looking forward to it.  Hoping for a lovely cool day.
This cruise is on a  Paddle Steamer named "Captain Proud."   We board at Murray Bridge which is about an hour from here on the freeway so that will be a long day and I wonder why it is that lots of social functions happen on the same weekend.   I have the cruise on the Friday, an afternoon tea for a 60th. Birthday on the Saturday afternoon and then on the Sunday I have been invited to a cricket match.  Nice to be invited but I shan't be attending the match as I shall be tired from the other two functions. I am learning to live with the constraints that life places on me ~ I have so much to be thankful for.

Dining room on board.

It should be a lovely day and a special time for Narelle and Dianne who are bringing their Mums along for the day.
The group will consist of Narelle, Mary (her Mum), Dianne, Janet (her Mum,) Ilona, John, Ray and Me.
~ what a motley crew - I shall be sure we all take cameras and I have lots of pictures for you .  I am thankful for friends and for being well enough to take on this excursion - I remember very clearly when I would have had to decline the invitation.    I am very thankful.  It will be lovely to have lunch and watch the world go by.

Wherever you are in this beautiful world, I hope that there is joy in your journey in spite of the ills that beset you.  Sometimes those ills are just our bodies telling us to slow down and take things a little easier than we have been doing.  To learn to crawl before we can walk ~ but when health is good we somehow think we are invincible and do too much.   That's okay as long as we learn from the experience.  There are times when I think I believe I am Wonder Woman and then am suddenly brought to a grinding halt.

On this Thankful Thursday I am thankful to be able to share the wonderful news of David's transplant and the happy times I have planned.  There is certainly joy in my journey and I am also very thankful to you all for visiting the Musings of this heart of mine, which today is very thankful.

What are you thankful for ?

Love and hugs,
Linda.

SATURDAY ~ SHARING THE JOY

Good Evening and welcome to my Saturday morning and very early in the morning for the Northern Hemisphere - another wonderful temperate summer day for me in Adelaide and I know other places around the country are suffering heat and in many places the rain is still falling.

"To have joy one must share it" and I believe these words are very true that a joy shared is delightful and delicious.   Shared laughter and silliness brings untold joy,  when with a friend you can just laugh at nonsense things and enjoy the time.    Friendship is such a special gift - we can share laughter, we can share tears and can work together on projects

I love the times when I can sit with a friend and almost shut the world out and just pour out the things that are delighting, concerning or troubling us - I am blessed indeed to share such a friendship.

I think it is so important that we as adults don't forget how to play, how to amuse ourselves and mostly to laugh at the fun and good times.  We often take life far too seriously and there is so much benefit to be had from laughter and fun.   We seem to need to have children around to play, but we shouldn't really.

Learn to laugh and sing and be just plain silly at times - it is very liberating and charges our batteries - I love it all.

I have had a day of letter writing and got about a dozen emails away and some overseas mail ready to slip into the post tomorrow and also about eight letters to friends who don't have email.   This is the post Christmas response and they will be waiting for the mail - seven weeks since Christmas I guess that isn't too bad a length of time.  My excuse before now was that I didn't have a working printer to print the photographs, but that excuse went out of the window about two weeks ago.   I achieved today and it is a lovely feeling.

I am playing scrabble on line with a friend in Kentucky - we rarely speak or email these days, but whenever I check in - I think of her and know that she has thought of me when she played her next move.   Thank you Suzanne.

My days are full and happy and my health is good, I have friends and family and I am loved and cherished ~ there really isn't much more I could wish for and I hope that you have the joy of these things in your life.   For me I can truly say that "The joy is in the journey."

Wherever you are in this beautiful world as you read these words know that I send good wishes your way for love and laughter, magic and music, sunshine and starlight, peace and plenty and of course wishes that you are able to play and be silly sometimes.

I am not good at Goodbyes and don't like the hurried ones and find it so important to say to those I love that I do love them - it is such a special thing to hear ~ "love you more."

Thank you for visiting the Musings from My Heart on this wonderful Saturday evening where my sky is full of diamonds and there is a gentle breeze blowing.  I have a joyful heart this evening.

Love and hugs,

( I know it is a Christmas tag, but it is for the word JOY)

SLEEPY SUNDAY -DINNER FOR THE FAMOUS FIVE

A beautiful handbag holder - special gift.
That's What Friends Are For - Dionne Warwick and friends

Good Morning and welcome to Sunday morning in my little corner of the world - all is peaceful and calm and I am a little sleepy after a night out with friends.  The weather here is cool and the paths are a little damp which indicates we have had rain overnight and we are forecast for more rain today - a good day to be inside, quite and catch up on some sleep or rest.

Last evening we had a girls night out to celebrate Ilona's birthday - Happy Birthday Ms. Swann, and her choice was a beautiful Chinese Restaurant at Glenelg.  "Lim's" has been operating for many years and has maintained the wonderful standard over all that time.  Pleasant staff, beautifully cooked and presented foods, laughter and fun.

We girls "The Famous Five" had a lovely evening and pictured above is a handbag holder that sits on the side of the table and holds a handbag - it wasn't my birthday but I received this lovely gift from Dianne (we all received one.)
I was thoroughly spoiled all evening - Karen drove and picked me up and dropped me back at home.

In the car driving to the restaurant Narelle gave me a beautiful bracelet (pictured below) - just for and because it is pink and I was quite overwhelmed.

Food was wonderful - steamed dim sims, satay, prawns, pork, salt and pepper chicken, and beautiful fried rice.  All washed down with a bottle of white wine from the Limestone Coast of South Australia and tonic water for me.
Dessert consisted of fried ice cream for me and of course a fortune cookie.

Half way through dinner I heard my name called and turned and was greeted with a lovely hug and welcome from Monnie - my hairdresser whose sister now runs the restaurant and Monnie was helping out.  She was delighted to see me and it really made my day to be greeted and welcomed so warmly. I was very pleased to meet her family and I felt very special.

Ilona was served her dessert with a sparkler burning in it and lovely music of course playing Happy Birthday - and then presented with a bottle of sparkling white wine.  She was so excited.  It was lovely to share laughter and friendship.

The "Famous Five" is a very diverse group of women friends from very different backgrounds who find common ground and celebrate life together.  We share lots of common interests and yet are so different - Karen is a golfer and Accountant, Narelle works in Finance and Dianne works in a separate department of the same Government Department as Narelle.  Ilona volunteers at Mary Potter Hospice and is very good at what she does.   I worked in Community Support until my transplant.  I am the only Mother in the group and we share movie afternoons, dinners, laughter and love.  Dianne gives the best hugs in the world and her smile lights up the room.  I am blessed indeed to be part of this group.

Ilona and I share the same love of books and exchange books often and Narelle and I do beading together.  Visits to the Garden Centre are great with this group.  The Birthday girl makes the best potato salad in the world.

We are all different and yet we mesh together so well - and define the true meaning of friendship.

Today Karen is golfing (what else would a girl do on a Sunday?)   I am resting and the other three are having an "in house" movie day watching the series of the "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl who Played with Fire, and The Girl who Kicked the Hornet's Nest." based on the Steig Larson Books.

I value the support these girls have given me - they are constantly aware that sometimes I just can't do things and they just accept it - "come when you can and leave when you must" is their philosophy and these are friendships I will always cherish.  I often feel eyes watching me to check that I am okay.

I hope that you are blessed to have a special friendship with a group or an individual - cherish the friendship, accept them with their faults and failures and nurture and nourish the friendship.    The older I get the more I value my women friends.

"Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born."
- Anais Nin

I am thankful that these four friends arrived in my world and I hope you can share the joy of friendship as you spend your Sunday.

Take care - thanks for visiting and reading the "Musings from my Heart" - your visits are special to me.,

Love and hugs,
Linda.

MONDAY MORNING MOONLIGHT

Good Early morning to you all - from a very cool Adelaide , the ground is heavy with dew and the day holds the promise of sunshine and gentle breezes.  A perfect way to start my day was to spend some time watching a full moon in a crystal clear sky.

I have been awake for quite a few hours, spent some time staying warm and reading, then I got up, made coffee and wrapped up warm and sat outside with the cat and enjoyed looking at the beautiful moon.
The air was crisp and cool and the atmosphere still and quiet  - it was truly lovely.
I love the moon and the changes it brings,  I love the way the moon pulls on the tides.

When all my will is gone you hold me sway
I need you at the dimming of the day

You pull me like the moon pulls on the tide
You know just where I keep my better side

These words come from the song "The Dimming of the Day"

Richard and Linda Thompson.

This has been a really special way to start another week - it is another Monday and I hope for you that it is not "Just Another Manic Monday"  I hope that you are able to maintain the freshness of the weekend and carry it through with you into the week.

Apart from lunch out my weekend has just gone in a blur - I don't seem to have achieved very much at all, but I have enjoyed many things - a fleeting visit from Naomi and Alexis, some television - SPOOKS - British Television Drama at its brilliant best, some reading and lots of good conversation.

My lunch out was with friends I have worked with.  It was lovely at an Italian Cafe not far from home and we chatted, ate, laughed and share much of our lives and hearts.  It was a great time and we plan to do it again soon and often.

Friendship is a treasure and a gift we give ourselves.  I think one of the nicest things about it is the trust and the exchange of confidences and the knowledge that a problem shared is a problem halved.  Life has not been easy for these Three Musketeers - health issues and family problems are taking their toll.
These two friends have been kindness itself to me and during my times in hospital they would visit, always with some laughter and compassion.  They would brush my hair, massage my feet and hands and generally make me feel loved and pampered.  Now that I am much better in health I am able to share their burdens and help them along their pathway which is a nice feeling for me.

I have been counting my blessings and there are lots to count and lots of people to include.  I am rich indeed with my "real time" friends and my "on line" friends.  Both groups care and share troubles, share laughter and tears and are all special to me in their own way.

So here we are at Monday Morning and another week stretches ahead - this time a short working week with Good Friday and then the Easter break. I don't have many plans for Easter, but do have a breakfast planned for Easter Sunday morning with a much loved relative from Melbourne and her husband who we haven't yet met.
My girls are having a busy time at Easter and friends are going away or family coming to stay and I wish them all a wonderful time.   May Easter bring peace and calm to your lives and may you enjoy a break from the routine of work.

My Gratitude for today is:

"I am grateful for the moon, its beauty and how it affects my life."

Today stretches out before me as a lovely "ordinary" day filled with sunshine and ordinary things. Ordinary things they may be - but we live in an extraordinary world and my time with the moon was beautiful and as I venture forth to see what I can discover today - my wishes for you are for kindness, sharing, caring and safety.

May there be love and laughter in your day and I send love and hugs to you and thank you for visiting and taking the time to read "The Musings from my Heart."
