TODAY'S THE DAY (and not the Teddy Bear's Picnic)

Good Morning from a windy, we city of Adelaide.  I am ready to leave for Flinders but thought I would just pop in to say Hello and wish you all a great day.

Today for me will be largely out of my control and I can deal with that (don't like it) but I can deal with it.  Bag packed, book included and I shall be home just as soon as I can be.

Try to find joy somewhere today - try to pass a kind word to someone as they travel their road, practice random acts of kindness.

To those who have sent best wishes for today - I thank you all so very much - I have been quite emotional about it all and those wishes have certainly helped me face my path.

We had a lovely dinner last night (I didn't cook) and it was good to talk and do some crossword puzzle and laugh together.

I value those who care for me so much and my thoughts of gratitude this morning are:

"I am grateful for the morning - when the sun comes peeping through.
Although it may be cloudy - the sun is still there."

Peace and strength be yours and courage for your task - whatever that may be and I thank you for calling by to read the "Musings from my Heart.

Love and hugs,
