Hi there on Friday afternoon in Australia.

We have had some rain and it is beautiful.

I have been to the Clinic at Flinders and my blood tests were fine and I have another month before I need to go back to see the specialist.

He has decided to adjust my medication and to add some high blood pressure medication because the drugs I have to take affect blood pressure. I have to have a blood test in a week just to see how things are going. But all in all it was a good visit. I got to hug and say farewell to one of the Transplant Co-Ordinators who is going on Maternity leave and has her first baby due in six weeks. She has been very kind to me and I shall miss her on Clinic visits but those "new baby" days are very special. I wish her all the luck in the world, I hope she enjoys being part of a very special miracle.

but simply accepting them as they are.

True acceptance is always without demands and expectations."
