Afternoon now and I have just come inside - been sweeping and picking up leaves after the big wind at the weekend.

Oh to live in Camelot - where "the autumn leaves fall into neat little piles and the wind just whisks them away at night"  It was nice out there with the sun on my back - gardening is not my particular scene but I have pruned roses and cleaned up the leaves in the last two days so I hope that qualifies as gardening. I know it qualifies as improvement in my ability to do more things besides the good old basics.

Invitation to go out for coffee with a neighbour tomorrow - so I will look forward to that.  I have missed these little social things and it will be lovely to just sit and chat a while.

Love and hugs,

"One has just to be oneself.  That's my basic message.
The moment you accept yourself as you are, all burdens, all mountainous burdens simply disappear.
Then life is a sheer joy, a festival of lights."
