Hello and welcome to Wednesday afternoon.

Windy and cold here in Adelaide with just a few showers here and there.

Everything is going well for me and tomorrow I will be going into Flinders hopefully for just the day or overnight, so I may not be able to update tomorrow, but I will update as soon as I can.

It is just a routine procedure but I am always glad when it is over and done with.  The Staff there are wonderful and I shall be in good hands.

I caught up with a very dear friend yesterday and chatted about all sorts of things and it was good for me and today I received a letter from a friend and that was lovely too.  There really is nothing like friendship and the older I get the more I value my women friends.

So until much later tomorrow or even Friday - I send my love and care your way, hope for safe days for you and comfort for your soul.
