After a valiant struggle for life Patrick took the wings of the morning and left us earlier today. He received a heart in transplant on March 6th. but the complications were just too great.
He gave the fight everything he had and was supported so well by Sam and a Medical Team who worked very hard to save him.
It wasn't to be ~ Rest in Peace Patrick ~ Sam and the children will miss you but remember you with love and affection as will all your friends and transplant buddies.
