Good Morning from Adelaide - it is rather cold here this morning with a temperature of 2.3 degrees (not sure how that translates to farenheit). It was great out walking and there was frost on the ground which I love - and of course I had to walk through it.

I managed to walk a little further this morning and feel good about it. It is a sunny day now but still cold. I am off to the Hairdresser in a little while to see what she can do with this very thin hair. On a positive note - my nails are growing again and not nearly as awful to look at.

I was fortunate this morning to view a most glorious sunrise - we do live in a very beautiful world.
