Good Afternoon from an overcast Adelaide - cold and damp but no rain.

Today has seen the removal of my bed from the family room - my family put it in here when I came home from hospital so that I could rest and still be part of things. I am doing well enough not to need it now so it has returned to the spare bedroom. It was wonderful to be able to rest here - but a sure sign that I have made improvement in that I no longer need it here.

Whooo hooooo!!!! - another step forward.

I have to have blood tests in the morning and see whats happening - just checking on levels of medication.
