Good Morning - early here - I have to leave here in half an hour for Flinders and it has been such a stormy and wet night there wasn't much sleep for me at all.  I shall be warm and have a "big sleep" at hospital though.

My tummy is rumbling and I would really like a cup of coffee but that's off the agenda - have taken my medication and am ready to go.  I fed the cat and the look on her face said "Are you kidding ? At this unearthly hour?"

I shall check in as soon as I can, in the meantime take care and be safe.
