Good Morning and welcome to a beautiful Sunday morning here in Adelaide - truly the calm after the storm is wonderful.

The earth is wet and the leaves on the trees are shining - there is a gentle wind, but no more rain at the moment.   This is wonderful to experience - the force of the wind yesterday was horrendous and so much rain - water everywhere and lots of trees down and now Mother Nature is showing us her more gentle side and smiling this morning.  It is beautiful - a joy to behold.

I had a wonderful time last night - just a quiet dinner with family, friends and lots of laughter.   Lots of nice gifts too.  Food was lovely - all in all a great time.
Not a late night - but late enough for me.

I am off in a little while to check the river and see just how much water is flowing down - from the wind I would imagine there will be lots of branches and leaves flowing down fairly fast - will take the camera and see what I can take to show you all.

Life is good and I am alive and well - what more could I ask for.  Yes, I have to live within certain limitations, but that's not difficult and you learn to cope with those things.  Not a big price to pay at all.

Enjoy your Sunday (when it gets here for you) and have a great time appreciating all the great things that you have in your life.

Father's Day - to those Dads - have a great day and to those with their Dad - love him and appreciate him.   To those who are missing their Dad - hold on to the memories and the love he shared.

Take special care and be safe.

Love and hugs,
