GOOD MORNING - WELCOME TO FRIDAY.

Rod Stewart - The Rhythm of My Heart

Welcome to Friday - and yes you are in the right place.  If you thought that you had arrived at a strange page - don't be alarmed.
That is what happens when you can't sleep and you start fiddling with blog settings.  At one this morning I accidentally deleted and thoroughly messed up this blog - thinking I was on another page.

Let's say I have had a face lift - or at least the Blog has.

Never mind - change is good sometimes and although this background is okay - be prepared for more changes until I am happy with what I come up with.

I shall miss the words across the top of the page -

FAITH      HOPE    LOVE

but will work on getting them back up there and they are as constant as every.

Rod Stewart's song reminded me that my heart continues to beat and that I am alive and well,  and the rhythm of my heart is beating like a drum.   Music to my ears!

We had a very wet day yesterday when the rain didn't stop at all - I think it rained non stop for almost twenty four hours but this morning it has stopped.  A watery sun is trying to shine and the clouds seem a bit lighter.   Everything is so very wet - it is beautiful.

My weekend is shaping up to be a quiet one - and quiet is good, books to read and things to do.  I hope you have plans for a weekend of fun/pleasant/happy times.   If you have to work - then make your work place a happy place by bringing a smile or kindly word.

It truly is the little things that make ordinary days into extraordinary ones and each of us have the ability to make a difference.   In just what seems to be a small way we can bring a sparkle to a day for someone.

Lots of things I could say...................

"Be the change you want to see in the world"
"let your little light shine"
"bloom where you are planted."

............  you get the idea - be positive and aware of your surroundings as you make your way through Friday into the weekend and remember to smile.

I am smiling to think that you are reading "The Musings from my Heart" and thank you for calling by.

Love and hugs,
Linda.
